Before You Apply

Membership Requirement

You must be a member of the Credit Union to apply for a loan. If you are new to the Credit Union, please call the credit union at 478-219-1163 or 478-219-1162 to make an appointment. If you are already a member, you can start your application using your account number or Home Banking login below.

Loan Processing Fee

A loan processing fee of $25 is required prior to processing of the loan by the Credit Union. It is non-refundable.

Required Information

Before applying for a loan, you will need some information about all borrowers, including:

  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Addresses & phone numbers
  • Employment information
  • The most recent confirmation of total monthly income

Under the USA Patriot Act, all financial institutions are required to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account with Macon-Bibb Employees Credit Union, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other identifying information.
