Operational Changes in Response to COVID-19

As you know, our philosophy is “People are worth more than money.” Our top priority is providing excellent financial services and member support. We are also concerned about protecting our members and staff from exposure to COVID-19. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we take steps to resume normal operations.

Everyone is asked to wear a face mask to conduct business in the Credit Union.

Plexiglass panels have been installed for additional protection, and decals have been placed on the floor to encourage social distancing.

♦ If you have not yet begun using our Online Banking, please go to and complete the initial login. You can also download our mobile app by searching for maconbibb. Many services, forms and resources are available via our Online Banking.

♦ For Online Banking password resets, security question resets, and website or mobile app assistance, please call Technical Support at 478-550-0857.

♦ All loan requests must be completed via the website or mobile app. Loan applications will be processed after receipt of a copy of your most recent paystub and the $20 loan processing fee. Paper loan applications are no longer used.
